The exact services included with a customer’s purchase depend on the selected plan, invoice, receipt, or written service agreement.
Crescent State LLC may offer prepaid service plans, support plans, hosting plans, domain-related services, website services, and other digital business services.
Prices may vary depending on the selected service, service term, setup needs, domain registration, hosting package, support level, or custom work requested.
The price shown at checkout, on an invoice, on a sales receipt, or in a written quote is the price that applies to that purchase.
Crescent State LLC does not store customer payment information and does not enroll customers in automatic payments unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.
Standard service plans are prepaid and manually renewed. Customers must choose to renew when they wish to continue service. Crescent State LLC does not offer hidden automatic billing or hidden recurring charges.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including QuickBooks Payments, Intuit, or other approved processors.
Charges may appear on a customer’s statement as Crescent State LLC, Crescent Membership, QuickBooks Payments, Intuit, or a related payment descriptor.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Service activation may require information from the customer, such as name, email address, phone number, domain name, business name, website details, hosting needs, account credentials, or support request details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Crescent State LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, incorrect domain information, unreachable phone numbers, incomplete setup details, missing account information, or customer failure to respond to support messages.
Customers agree to:
Use Crescent State LLC services lawfully.
Provide accurate billing and contact information.
Maintain their own usernames, passwords, and access credentials securely.
Follow all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
Contact support for help before filing a bank dispute.
Not use Crescent State LLC services for fraud, abuse, spam, malware, phishing, illegal activity, harassment, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, or any activity that could harm Crescent State LLC, other customers, service providers, payment processors, or third parties.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and domain-related services may be subject to third-party registrar rules, ICANN rules, registry rules, availability, renewal deadlines, and separate fees.
Crescent State LLC cannot guarantee that a requested domain name will be available. Customers are responsible for reviewing domain spelling and renewal timing.
Expired domains may be subject to suspension, redemption fees, loss of access, or permanent loss depending on registrar and registry rules.
Hosting, website builder, WordPress, server, and related online services may depend on third-party infrastructure, software updates, internet connectivity, DNS settings, domain status, customer configuration, and other technical factors.
Crescent State LLC works to provide reliable service and support but does not guarantee that every website, domain, mailbox, plugin, theme, server, or third-party integration will function without interruption.
Email and mailbox services may be affected by spam filters, DNS records, storage limits, third-party email providers, blacklists, authentication settings, password issues, and customer configuration.
Crescent State LLC may assist with email setup and support when included in the customer’s plan, but customers are responsible for proper use of email services and compliance with anti-spam laws and acceptable-use rules.
Crescent State LLC may work with or reference third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, website software, WordPress, plugins, themes, email providers, security tools, or other technology providers.
Crescent State LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, pricing, decisions, updates, downtime, security incidents, account suspensions, or service changes.
Customers should review and follow all third-party terms and policies.
Customers should contact Crescent State LLC support for help with account access, billing questions, setup assistance, hosting support, website support, domain questions, email support, cancellation questions, or refund review.
Support Email: crescentstate@yahoo.com
When contacting support, please include your name, business name if applicable, payment date, payment amount, email address used for your account, domain name if applicable, and a description of the issue.
Because most Crescent State LLC service plans are prepaid and manually renewed, there may be no automatic subscription to cancel. Customers may choose not to renew when their service term ends.
For services that involve hosting, domains, email, website files, or online accounts, customers should contact support before the end of the service term if they need help exporting data, transferring a domain, changing service providers, or closing an account.
Domain registration fees, setup fees, completed custom work, completed support work, and third-party service fees may be non-refundable.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Refunds may be limited or unavailable after a service has been activated, domain registration has been submitted, hosting has been provisioned, account setup has been completed, support has been performed, custom work has begun, or a service term has started, except where required by law or where Crescent State LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.
Customers must contact support before filing a bank dispute so Crescent State LLC has an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
If you do not recognize a charge, need help accessing a service, believe there was a billing issue, or want a refund review, please contact Crescent State LLC support before filing a bank dispute.
Bank disputes can delay resolution for both the customer and the business. Crescent State LLC will cooperate with payment processors and banks by providing receipts, service records, account activation details, support history, refund history, communication records, and website terms when needed.
Customers may not use Crescent State LLC services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, phishing, malware, hacking, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, abusive behavior, threatening behavior, deceptive activity, excessive server resource usage, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party provider rules.
Crescent State LLC reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate service when necessary to protect the business, customers, service providers, payment processors, or third parties.
All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and materials owned by Crescent State LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Crescent State LLC materials without written permission.
Customer-provided website content, logos, text, images, and materials remain the customer’s responsibility. Customers must have the legal right to use any materials they provide to Crescent State LLC.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a written service agreement states otherwise.
Crescent State LLC may provide backup assistance or hosting-related support when available, but does not guarantee that all website files, emails, databases, or account data can be recovered after deletion, expiration, suspension, malware infection, third-party outage, or customer error.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crescent State LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, website downtime, email interruption, domain loss, data loss, search ranking changes, third-party service interruptions, payment processor delays, or customer failure to provide accurate information.
Crescent State LLC’s total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service term at issue.
Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Crescent State LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, search engine rankings, website traffic, sales, revenue, compatibility with every plugin or platform, or availability of third-party services.
Crescent State LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
